At Creeva, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Our return & refund process is simple, customer-friendly, and transparent.
Please read the product details carefully before placing your order.
1. Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product / Manufacturing Defect
If you receive your order in any of the above conditions, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement.

Share clear pictures and/or video of the issue.

We’ll arrange a return pickup for you.
Important:

Products must be returned in original packaging, with price tags, labels, barcodes, warranty card, user manual, invoice, etc.

Return packages should be securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.

All returned items go through a quality check to confirm the issue is from our side and not due to misuse.

If any parts are missing, we will send the missing parts after verification.
2. Didn’t Like the Product / Size Not as Expected / Changed My Mind
We strive to deliver the best quality, but we understand preferences can vary.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, barcodes, labels, and documents intact.

Items must be securely packed for return transit.

If the product is not in original condition, the return will be rejected and shipped back at your cost.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, towels are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Refunds

For prepaid orders, refunds will be reversed to the original payment method.

For COD orders, you’ll need to share your bank account details.

For order returns, the applicable return charges (as incurred) will be deducted from the order amount.

Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
4. DIY Kits
If you have started using the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) kit, it will not be eligible for return or exchange. Only unused kits with all parts intact can be returned as per the above policies.
5. Order Cancellation

Contact us on WhatsApp 📱 +91 8376833330 within 4 hours of placing the order to cancel without any cost.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For late cancellations (before dispatch), a 10% deduction will apply as return shipping cost + 3% payment gateway fee for prepaid orders.
6. Custom Orders
Custom-made products (made on special request) are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced if damaged or incorrect, provided you email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
